The Review: My daughter loves her hair accessories – she has commandeered an entire drawer in our bathroom and filled it with baubles in a rainbow of colours. Headbands, bandanas, hair clips, elastics, and things I don’t actually know what to do with. Does she wear them? Oh yes, sometimes a few at a time… but she’s got style and I can’t knock that.

So when Cover Your Hair offered me the opportunity to check out one of their head accessories, I couldn’t turn them down! I told them our favourite things (peacock feathers, rainbows, and bling!) and they sent me my surprise.

OK, I suppose I should say my DAUGHTER’S surprise – and boy was she pleased. When it came she waited for me to open the package and gasped when she saw all the peacock feathers! She insisted I place it on her immediately, much like a crown (yeah, she’s a princess… our precious snowflake.) I snapped one photo before she rushed off to call her best friend who is a tomboy and I’m sure has no clue what she was talking about. Kids.

The headband is beautiful and soft, and the feathers are GOR.GEOUS. My daughter has already decided to put aside one day of lunch money and take a sandwich so she can save up to buy some more! My daughter doesn’t save money for anything… for example, Mother’s Day. I digress.

I love the peacock feathers! Here are a few items I saw that I would like in a surprise box:
a Fire Glow or Colorful Fun Feather headband; a Tiger Banana Clip; and/or a Stone & Beaded Hard Headband. Lots of good choices there!
